You may, within 60 days:

Decisions lacking sufficient legal grounds may be challenged and annulled by the courts.
3. Who submits a work permit application?
Work permit applications are generally submitted by the employer on behalf of the foreign employee.

Applications are processed through the Ministry of Labour and Social Security.
4. Can I challenge a deportation order?
Yes. A lawsuit may be filed before the Administrative Court within 15 days of the deportation decision.

A request for suspension of execution should also be submitted.
